Shipping address
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Our Processing time
Our processing time is 1-3 business days for Wax Melts, 1-2 weeks for wholesale, and 1-5 business days for other items.
Shipping costs will be calculated on the cart page.
We currently use Royal Mail postage.
Once you’ve placed your order, we know you want your products to arrive as soon as possible. We dispatch all wax melt orders twice every working day (morning and evening) Parcels we deliver to the post office in the morning are sorted to the delivery places on the same day, which we deliver in the evening are sorted the next working day.
