I did not receive my parcel. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot control or otherwise influence the work of the post office and sometimes it happens that parcels get lost or delayed while traveling to you. If this happens to your order, please contact us 14 days after the scheduled delivery.
You simply take your wax melts and place one or more in your wax warmer or melter. Then light your tea light or turn on your heat warmer if it is electric. When you are finished using them, you just turn off or remove the heat source and the wax will solidify until you are ready to use them again.
How My parcel was marked as delivered, but I have not receive it. What should I do?
First point of call would be to check with anyone else living in your house to see if they accepted the delivery. Please check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in a Safeplace. The second point would be to contact the Royal Mail to get the GPS coordinates of the parcel, then if it shows as delivered to the right place but you still adamant it’s not there, then you will need to phone the police and report theft of mail and provide us with a crime reference. In the interim we will have to report a lost parcel to the Royal Mail to try and claim our money back, and we will entitled to a refund/replacement your item.
